Kim Kardashian is pregnant

The world’s biggest reality star Kim Kardashian has revealed that she’s expecting her second child with hip hop husband Kanye West.

Kim made the revelation on the latest episode of the reality show and the clip was aired as a ‘super-tease’ following last night’s mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The clip shows Kim hearing the exciting news during a doctor’s appointment shortly before breaking the news to her sister Khloé Kardashian.

“I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!” Kim said to her sister, who looked stunned to hear the news.

Kim has been very open on her struggle to get pregnant on her family’s reality show. The tenth season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians follows her through all the visits to doctors and fertility specialists.

She also talked openly of her sex life when she revealed some amusing statistics about how many times she and her husband have sex every day (500 times).

Kim and Kanye had their first baby named North on June 15, 2013, in Los Angeles after a highly-publicised and emotional pregnancy for Kim.
