‘Knockout punch for Sheriff’ — Twitter reactions to Makarfi’s supreme court victory
As expected, supreme court is trending on Twitter following the ruling that affirmed Ahmed Makarfi as the authentic chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The verdict of the apex court on Wednesday effectively put an end to Ali Modu Sheriff’s claim to the leadership position of the party.
Here are some reactions from Nigerians on Twitter.
I am glad the Supreme Court rules in favour of Markafi. At least Fayose has no reason to defect anymore and come to APC.
