Korede Bello begins search for his Val
Korede Bello, Nigerian musician and entertainer, is getting ready to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
The Mavin act took to his Instagram page on Friday to tell fans how difficult it had been for him to pick a date for Valentine’s Day.
The Lagos-born teenager also announced an opportunity for ladies to be his Valentine’s Day date by engaging in a competition.
“(Wasn’t easy picking at random so…) Ladies ; Record a 15 seconds vid of yourself telling me why you should be my date and how#romantic you are ????. Use the hashtags #KoredeBelloVal #ValentineWithBaello and the best will be selected for a date with me tomorrow (13th). Readyyyy ? ???? ✌????️”
The 20-year-old artiste became popular after featuring in Mavin’s Dorobucci and became widely accepted after the release of his hit single Godwin.
Asides Dorobucci, he has featured in seven singles, and he has tagged his fan base “Bellovers”.
Currently studying at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism, he got signed on by Don Jazzy, Mavin CEO and entertainer, in February 2014.
He is label mates with Tiwa Savage, D’Prince, Dr Sid, Reekado Banks and Di’Ja
