Kwara imposes curfew after communal clash claimed 5

The Kwara state government has imposed a dusk-to-dawn curfew in Share and Tsaragi communities in Ifelodun local government area of the state.

This is as a result of the clash which claimed five lives.

Abdulfatah Ahmed, Kwara state governor, condemned the violence, lamenting the murder “of some farmers in Share, headquarters of Ifelodun Local Government Area of the state by yet to be identified persons”.

According to Abdulwahab Oba, his chief press secretary, Ahmed described the  incident as unfortunate and unacceptable.
