London to host second edition of Best FIFA Football Awards

World football ruling body FIFA has announced that the second edition of the Best FIFA Football Awards will take place in London, UK, on October 23.
Real Madrid and Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo and the United States’ Carli Lloyd won the top prizes in the male and female categories at the first edition in Zurich, Switzerland.
For the second edition, which promises to be more glamorous, London will play host to a large convergence of the world’s biggest sports and entertainment superstars.
The organisers are already putting in place a glamorous award ceremony as FIFA is set to release specific details.
