Moses outstanding as Batshuayi’s late strike stuns Atlético

Victor Moses was in form when Chelsea defeated Atlético Madrid 2-1 in the second group fixture game of the champions league on Wednesday. 

Michy Batshuayi won with what was quite literally the last kick of the game for Chelsea.

Antoine Griezmann had fired Atlético Madrid ahead from the spot when David Luiz was penalised for a foul in the 40th minute.

Alvaro Morata restored parity with a header in the 60th minute.

Moses had an outstanding game- he tried his luck at goal with the few opportunities he had.

Batshuayi side-footed home the winner at the near post for the Blues in the 90+3minutes.

Chelsea kick-started the 2017/18 champions league campaign with the whit washing of Qarabag, while Atletico were held by Roma in their first group game.
