MTN, Access Bank, business leaders host roundtable on work-life balance
Pascal Dozie, chairman MTN Nigeria, and Herbert Wigwe, MD/CEO, Access Bank Plc, will be leading a host of business leaders to a roundtable on work-life balance.
Dozie (pictured), who is also the co-chair, Nigerian Business Coalition Against AIDS (NiBUCAA), will engage professionals on the realities of work-life balance.
The leaders, who would be from different organisations in the country, will be hosted by NiBUCAA on June 29 at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, by 10am.
The roundtable is specifically themed “Basic Nutrition: Tips for Healthy Living and Maintaining Healthy Living and Work-life Balance”.
It will have Olabisi Olaogun, technical officer, prevention and mitigation, Family Health International (FHI360), as keynote speaker.
Gbenga Alabi, acting executive secretary, NiBUCAA, said the theme of the roundtable is particularly apt with the important role healthy living plays in the realisation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted last year by all UN member-states including Nigeria.
Alabi added that members and non-members of the coalition will meet to discuss emerging and contemporary health issues germane to the Nigerian workplace at the Access Bank Plc-sponsored ceremony.
“We look forward to very engaging deliberations towards promoting a work-life balance for professionals in the Nigerian workplace,” Alabi said.
