On April 25, 2014, the Naira remained stable against the US Dollar and the British Pound Sterling at the official platform on Friday.

The Dollar and the Pound Sterling sold at N155.23 and N260, respectively, maintaining their rates since April 21.

However, at the black market, the Naira exchanged to the Dollar at N166.5.

It exchanged the Pound at N278 at Bureau de Change and N280 at the black market.

In all, the Naira, in the week under review, gained N1.65k against the Euro to close at N213 at the official market, compared with the opening figure of N214.65k on April 21.

The Naira also remained stable against the Euro at the Bureau de Change and the black market during the week, selling at N235.
