Nasarawa government signs deal with private firm to build 4,000-bed hostel for NSUK

The Nasarawa state government has entered into a public-private partnership (PPP) with Advent Integrated Services Limited to construct a 4,000-bed student hostel at Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK).

The agreement, signed through the Nasarawa Investment and Development Agency (NASIDA), is for a 25-year build-operate-transfer (BOT) project.

The first phase of the project is expected to deliver 1,152 bed spaces.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Abdullahi Sule, governor of the Nasarawa state, described the deal as part of his administration’s effort to improve education infrastructure.
