Newspaper Headlines: ADC moves to woo five incumbent governors

Developments in the opposition coalition under the African Democratic Congress (ADC) umbrella and the court case involving Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, senator representing Kogi central, dominate the newspaper headlines.

Daily Trust reports that a federal high court in Abuja has urged the senate to reconsider recalling Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, senator representing Kogi central, from suspension. The newspaper says troops of Operation HADIN KAI recovered 60 IEDs, weapons and killed several terrorists during recent offensive operations in the north-east.
THISDAY reports that the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) increased its revenue by 176.7 percent in 2024, generating N12.2 trillion.
