Newspaper Headlines: Banks may block 70 million accounts over NIN linkage

The dailies dwell on the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) revocation of the licences of 4,173 Bureau De Change (BDC) operators. 

Punch reports that MTN, a telecommunications company, has disconnected 4.2 million lines not linked to the National Identification Number (NIN).
