Femi Falana, a human rights advocate, said outgoing ministers can only be reappointed if Buhari sends their names to the senate for confirmation, the newspaper says.

Saturday Sun reports that Afenifere has alleged that there is a conspiracy against the southern part of the country over the 2023 presidential election. The newspaper says Igbo leaders have rejected the decision of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to throw its presidential ticket open.
