PUNCH reports that former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar’s bloc of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) is shopping for a politician from the southern part of the country as a running mate ahead of the 2027 election. The paper says opposition parties and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) clashed on Saturday over Tinubu’s ambassadorial list.
