The announcement by the federal government that it will soon lift the suspension on Twitter in Nigeria dominated the headlines of the Nigerian newspapers

Daily Independent reports that the federal government is set to lift the suspension on Twitter in Nigeria. The newspaper says Shell has agreed to pay Ogoni people the sum of N45 billion for oil spillage, 11 years after court judgment.
