Newspaper Headlines: Hundreds of Boko Haram suspects arrested in Lagos, says CJTF

Reports on recent attacks in Plateau and Benue communities permeate the frontpages of Nigerian newspapers.

The Punch reports that oil marketers said the drop in crude oil prices and the resumption of the naira-for-crude arrangement for local refineries may cause a reduction in the price of petrol to about N800 per litre in the coming weeks. The newspaper says Kumar Sanda, the commander of the civilian joint task force (CJTF) in Lagos, said hundreds of suspected Boko Haram members have been arrested in the state.
