Newspaper Headlines: ICPC reviews petition against ex-sole administrator Ibas

The Punch reports that the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has confirmed receiving a petition for a probe into the handling of Rivers state federation allocations by Ibok-Ete Ibas, ex-sole administrator of the state.
