Newspaper Headlines: Ifa council set for legal showdown with Ogun, late Awujale’s family

The Punch reports that the federal government and states are delaying the recruitment of 130,000 forest guards despite rising killings in unmanned forests. The newspaper quoted Babatunde Fashola, former minister of works and housing, as saying that local governments were not created to be autonomous.
