The directive of President Muhammadu Buhari to security operatives on the immediate rescue of kidnap victims across the country dominated the cover pages of Nigerian newspapers.

The Punch says the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has disclosed that it will spend not less than N239.2 billion on procuring voting materials and vehicles for the 2023 general election.
