Newspaper Headlines: PDP governors summon emergency meeting over mass defections

The Punch reports that Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governors have invited former governors and stakeholders to a meeting in Abuja to address the wave of defections in the party. The newspaper says data from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) showed that most cases of suspected malpractice took place in Anambra and Lagos.
