THISDAY reports that the presidency has dismissed the ADC-led opposition, saying they should forget 2027, and instead, prepare for the 2031 elections. The newspaper adds that Bolaji Abdullahi, spokesperson of the ADC, says the party will offer a credible alternative to what he calls APC’s misrule.
Daily Independent reports that analysts doubt the opposition’s ability to defeat Tinubu in 2027, despite leaders adopting ADC as a platform for the political coalition.
