Goals from Chukwuemeka Obioma, Paul Samson, and Fatai Abdullahi helped Abia Warriors defeat Katsina United 3-1 in Umuahia.

Rasheed Ahmed netted a consolation for Katsina United from the spot in the 79th minute.

Wikki Tourists 1-2 Kano Pillars


In Bauchi, Wikki Tourists suffered a home loss as goals from Nyima Nwagua and Stephen Chukwude in the 13th and 66th minutes were enough for the visitors to run away with the three points.

Heartland 1-1 Warri Wolves

Kingsley Maduforo’s 44th-minute strike cancelled out Efe Yarhere’s goal for Heartland.

MFM FC 1-2 Akwa United


Mfon Udoh, Ikechukwu Nwani’s goals ensured an away win for the visiting Akwa United at the Agege Stadium in Lagos.

Paul Obata scored the only goal for the home side in the 45th minute.

Lobi Stars 4-1 Rivers United
