Tope Olusesi of Rangers, Nasarawa United’s Ikechukwu Nwani, Kano Pillars’ Nyima Nwagua, and Chidi Nwachukwu of Go Round FC are up for the VAT wonder goal award.

It is the second time Nwachukwu will be nominated for the weekly award. He was recently nominated alongside Sikiru Olatunbosun, an MFM FC striker who won the award last week.

This time around, Nwachukwu was recognised for his spectacular strike in his club’s 2-1 defeat to FC Ifeanyi Ubah.

Nwagua’s left-footed shot for Kano Pillars in the game against Heartland FC earned him his nomination.

For Nwani, his nominated goal came in Kano Pillars’ 3-1 victory over El-Kanemi Warriors.

In the game against Wikki Tourists, Enugu Rangers left Jos with a point courtesy of Olusesi’s volley. His goal was adjudged to be among the best scored in week 20 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

Videos of the four goals have been uploaded for voting on the NPFL website, www.npfl.ng and Twitter handle, @lmcnpfl.
