“We strongly believe that it is not enough to get PWDs ready for the work space, it is also important to get members of the public to receive them and begin to see them as an integral part of the society.”

According to him, the Disability Inclusion Dialogue Series will bring together thought-leaders and stakeholders in the disability inclusion space across the nation.

It will also serve as a national platform for multi-sectoral discourse and engagements targeted at promoting knowledge sharing, fostering partnership, finding sustainable solutions to key disability issues, while calling national attention to the implementation of the Nigerian Disability Act.

On the other hand, The DIAL Awards set to hold in Lagos, is designed to strategically recognise and celebrate the achievements of individuals and corporate organisations across sectors, who are championing the progress of disability inclusion.
