Thomas Dennerby has invited 48 players to the Super Falcons camp for next month’s Africa Women Cup of Nations.

The team consists of 29 home-based and 19 overseas-based players.

Asisat Oshoala, best female player on the continent, ace forward Desire Oparanozie, goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie and defender Glory Ogbonna are among the invitees.

The players are expected to resume camp at the Jubilee Chalets, Epe, Lagos, on October 18.

The Super Falcons defeated hosts Cameroon 1-0 in the final of the last edition of the tournament.
