Osinbajo, Ambode to attend Lagos business summit

Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and Akinwunmi Ambode, governor of Lagos state, are among the guests that will attend the third edition of the Nigerian business outlook.

The programme is scheduled to hold at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos, on January 22.

According to organisers, the event aimed at sensitising the organised private sector, business executives, SMEs and investors on the opportunities in the different sectors.

Ernest Ebi, chairman of the club, said the objective of the event is to help businesses get ready to “embrace the opportunities that are available within the different sectors of the Nigerian economy every year”.

“The Net-work Business Club was born out of a need to create a platform where business men and women within the Christian community would network, form friendships, grow their contacts and learn from industry experts on the best practices to grow their businesses,” the body said in a statement.

Other guests expected to attend the programme are: Herbet Wigwe, Access Bank general manager; Tosin Adewuyi, JP Morgan chase manager; Bismarck Rewane, financial directives manager, former executive vice-chairman Nigeria Communications Commission, Ernest Ndukwe and a host of other speakers.
