Nasir el-Rufai, governor of Kaduna state, attended the annual meeting of the international advisory board of the African Studies Centre, University of Oxford, UK, on October 22.
Other key personalities attended the event.
They are Thomas Svanikier, leading Ghanaian entrepreneur; Ibrahim Gambari, chairman of the board; Linda Mabhena-Olagunju, managing director of DLO Energy Resources; Ivor Agyeman-Duah, a former aide of ex-President John Kufuor of Ghana; and Alex Duncan, a scholar.
