Senate President Bukola Saraki on Friday joined President Muhammadu Buhari for Jum’ah prayers at the presidential villa in Abuja.
Saraki was absent at the villa during Wednesday’s council of state meeting.
This is the last Jum’ah service before this year’s Ed el-Kabir.
Also with Saraki and Buhari at the mosque were Babagana Monguno, national security adviser; Lai Mohammed, minister of information; Isyaku Ibrahim, chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
At the end of the prayers, Saraki addressed state house correspondents.
