PHOTOS: Sanwo-Olu visits Tinubu in London amid death rumour
Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos state, on Tuesday visited Bola Tinubu, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in London, UK.
The former governor who has been out of the country over a month missed the Lagos local government election held last week.
Tunde Rahman, his aide, had confirmed to TheCable that the APC chieftain would not participate in the election as he was on a medical trip outside the country.
They have been speculations that Tinubu had passed away and that the government was keeping it under the radar.
However, photos of Tinubu hosting Sanwo-Olu in London surfaced on Tuesday where the duo where seen in deep conversations.
Jubril Gawat, senior special assistant to Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, posted the photos on his official Facebook page with a caption, “DADDY Asiwaju with BOS today in UK.”
