Since the recent petrol scarcity in the federal capital territory (FCT), some residents have been selling the product on the black market for as much as N600 per litre.
TheCable noticed some black marketeers loitering around the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Towers in Abuja on Friday, selling the product without hassles.
