PHOTOS: Buhari arrives Daura for APC membership registration

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday, arrived Daura, his hometown, in Katsina state.

Bello Masari, Katsina governor, received Buhari at the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua airport in the state, before he proceeded to Daura.

The president is in his hometown on a four-day “official visit”.

Garba Shehu, presidential spokesman, in a statement on Friday, disclosed that Buhari will participate in the membership registration exercise of the All Progressives Congress (APC) while in Daura.

“The President considers this exercise as a very important one for the nation’s democracy and its yearning for good leadership as a requirement of the process of nation building,” Shehu said.
