President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday received Boss Mustapha, the new secretary to the government of the federation (SGF), at the presidential villa in Abuja.

Mustapha replaced Babachir Lawal who was sacked “in line with the recommendation” of a panel set up to probe the allegations levelled against him.
