Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Lagos state governor, declared open the 2021 Lagos ‘Ehingbeti’ Economic Summit, on Tuesday.

The opening ceremony took place at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 edition sessions will hold virtually from February 16 to February 19.

Obafemi Hamzat, deputy governor of Lagos state; Yemi Cardoso, co-chair of Ehingeti 2021; Rilwan Akiolu, Oba of Lagos; Kazeem Alogba, chief judge of Lagos; Ben Llewellyn-Jones, British deputy high commissioner in Lagos, and Samuel Egube, commissioner for economic planning and budget, were among those at the opening ceremony.
