PHOTOS: Buratai absent as service chiefs brief Buhari

Tukur Buratai, chief of army staff, was absent when service chiefs briefed President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa, Abuja, on Monday.

In attendance were Sadique Abubakar, chief of air staff; Ibok-Ete Ibas, chief of naval staff; Bashir Magashi, minister of defence; Mohammed Adamu, inspector-general of police and Yusuf Bichi, director-general of the Department of State Services (DSS).

Buratai was represented by Lamidi Adeosun, Nigerian army’s chief of policy and plans (CPPLANS).
