The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kano has distributed sensitive and non-sensitive materials for the gubernatorial and state assembly elections in the state.
The elections are scheduled to hold on Saturday, March 18.
TheCable visited Kano municipal council headquarters to observe the distribution of materials.
The bimodal voter accreditation system (BVAS), sealed ballot papers, and result sheets were the sensitive materials distributed to the supervisory presiding officers (SPOs).
International election observers, security officials, and party agents witnessed the distribution.
Kano municipal council has 12 registration area centres (RACs).
