Abubakar Bagudu, governor of Kebbi state, recently demonstrated what it means to lead by example.
The governor led members of his cabinet to clean up drainages in Birnin- Kebbi, capital of the state.
The cleaning up of the environment is part of their effort to tackle malaria.
