Candidates contesting in the Ekiti governorship election, on Wednesday, signed a pact to promote peace in the state.
The election is scheduled to hold on Saturday.
The signing ceremony, which took place in Ado, the Ekiti capital, had in attendance, Matthew Kukah, Catholic bishop of Sokoto diocese, and Mahmood Yakubu, chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
