Every year, Muslim faithful troop to the markets to buy rams to celebrate Eid-el-Kabir.
It’s one of the festivals celebrated by Muslims all over the world.
When TheCable visited two major markets in Lagos – Ijora Olopka and Wasai Orile ram market – traders were seen making brisk business.
Some of the buyers lamented the hike in price of rams compared to 2017 but one of the traders, Mustapha Sule, attributed the high price to the crises in the north-east.
