Teachers around the country took centre stage at various events as part of activities to mark the 2022 World Teachers’ Day.
World Teachers’ Day is celebrated annually on October 5.
Aside from the commemoration at the Eagle Square in Abuja, which featured presentation of awards to outstanding teachers drawn from across the country, several states also marked the event.
