Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has arrived at the federal high court in Abuja for judgment in his alleged terrorism case.

The verdict will be aired live on Channels TV, TVC and AIT.

James Omotosho, presiding judge, fixed judgment day on November 7 after Kanu refused to open his defence, having exhausted all options afforded him.

The defendant has insisted that convicting him would be unlawful because there is no charge against him.
