PHOTOS: Osinbajo decorates acting IGP with new rank

Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday decorated Usman Alkali Baba with the new rank of inspector-general of police (IGP).

The decoration took place at the presidential villa.

President Muhammadu Buhari had approved Baba’s appointment on Tuesday to succeed Mohammed Adamu, the incumbent IGP.
