Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and Bola Tinubu, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), on Saturday, attended the funeral for the mother of Rotimi Akeredolu, Ondo governor.

Grace, Akeredolu’s mother, passed away in September. She was 90 years old.

The funeral service held at St Andrew’s Anglican Church in Owo, Ondo.

Among those who also attended the funeral were Kayode Fayemi, former governor of Ekiti, as well as Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Dapo Abiodun, governors of Lagos and Ogun, respectively.
