Odion Ighalo on Saturday unveiled his charity pet project, ‘Ighalo Orphanage’.
The Super Eagles striker who plays for Changchun Yatai football club of China grew up in the slums of Ajegunle.
Ighalo says his childhood inspired in him the need to help the underprivileged in the society.
Nollywood stars, politicians and ex-footballers attended the launch ceremony which took place at the Bespoke Centre in Lekki, Lagos.
