PHOTOS: Streets deserted in Imo despite cancellation of sit-at-home order by IPOB

Major parts of Owerri, the capital of Imo state, were deserted on Monday morning despite the cancellation of the sit-at-home order by the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Commercial activities are grounded out of fear of the unknown.
