The Super Eagles of Nigeria have held their final training session before the group opener at the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in the Ivory Coast.

The team is scheduled to play Equatorial Guinea in both teams’ first game of the competition on Sunday.

All the available players participated in rondos and physio conditioning training with Jose Peseiro, Eagles head coach, watching on through the proceedings.

Nigeria still awaits the arrival of Paul Onuachu. He was drafted as a replacement for Sadiq Umar, who pulled out of the competition due to injury.
