President-elect Bola Tinubu was on Thursday spotted with Nyesom Wike, Rivers governor, and Magnus Abe.
Abe, an ally of Tinubu, was the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Rivers during the elections.
Wike on the other hand backed Siminialayi Fubara, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, to succeed him as governor.
Fubara secured 302,614 votes to win the election, while his closest challenger, Tonye Cole of the All Progressives Congress (APC), polled 95,274 votes.
The SDP governorship candidate scored 46,981 votes.
Abe recently announced the withdrawal of his petition challenging the victory of Fubara, noting that Tinubu is in alliance with Wike.
Tinubu was recently in Rivers state to inaugurate some projects completed by the state government.
