PHOTOS: Tinubu visits hospitalised victims of Benue attack

President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday visited victims of the recent deadly attack in Yelewata community, Guma LGA of Benue state.

The attack, which occurred on Saturday, left more than 100 people dead and several others injured.

Tinubu arrived at the tactical air command of the Nigerian Air Force Base in Makurdi at about 12:58 pm.

He proceeded to the Benue State Teaching Hospital where some of the injured victims are receiving treatment accompanied by Hyacinth Alia, governor of the state, and other top government officials.

The president is expected to meet with stakeholders at the new banquet hall of the Benue state government house in Makurdi.
