Roger Federer has won a record eighth Wimbledon singles title.
The Swiss on Sunday accomplished the feat in straight sets against Marin Cilic, who appeared to be hampered by injury.
Federer defeated Cilic 6-3, 6-1, 6-4.
The Swiss dominated the early stages of the final, winning the first set 6-3.
He made it 2-0 shortly afterward, winning the second set 6-1.
The 35-year-old has become the oldest man in the open era to lift the Wimbledon trophy.
