Ronke Bello appointed Kogi investment policy strategist

Ronke Bello has been appointed as the investment policy and communication strategist for the Kogi state government.

Her appointment was approved by Yahaya Bello, governor of Kogi.

Bello, CEO of McFlori International Consults, is a policy analyst, investment-branding advisor and communication expert.

She has almost a decade of experience in policy formation and implementation with the federal capital territory administration (FCTA) and the federal government.

Bello has overseen administration, planning and programming, policy implementation, investment drive and communication.

She has represented Nigeria at many national and international functions.

In November 2006, she received a commendation letter from former President Olusegun Obasanjo in which he extolled “her efforts in making the nation great and described her as a good ambassador”.

Bello holds a bachelor’s degree in performing arts from the University of Ilorin and another degree in public administration and policy analysis from the University of Abuja.

She has a public relations and marketing degree from the University of London and also studied strategic leadership at Harvard Business School.

Bello, author of ‘Image? Who cares!’ and ‘Standing Tall’, is expected to bring her wealth of experience to her new role in Kogi.

In 2017, she was conferred with the chieftaincy title of Erelu of Mopaland.
