Senate President Bukola Saraki says he has been residing in the same house he stayed before emerging as the nation’s number three citizen, in order to save cost.

Saraki said this on Twitter while responding to a question on the sale of national assets.

Tweeting via @shogbo 1, Akin Akingbesote had  asked Saraki to support the sale of the “mansions of our dear senate president”.

Responding, Saraki said: “As part of cost saving measures, I stay in the same house I have been way before I became Senate President. We will continue to do more.”
