To seek is to find

YouNow is created for the everyday individual who seeks to gain a deeper understanding of Self in order to achieve their highest potential, while staying true to their essence. These write-ups are designed to help you become more conscious and deliberate in your interactions and day-to-day living.

To find is to seek, to yearn, to question.

Individuality is by influence.

Either from within or from without; who we are is a function of our thought processes, our beliefs, our values, and this is dependent on what we internalize as truth from external factors such as received through our senses or intuition.

We find our influences from many things; in people, in music, in talk, in dress, in books, in film, in the things that attract our minds; in the things our minds are generally attracted to.

What makes you gravitate towards those things? Why this and not that? Questions.

To seek is to find.

Do not be afraid to interrogate the things that come as ‘natural’ to you. They are embedded in your subconscious mind. What comes easily to you is not necessarily easy. Easy for me may not be easy for you.

We tend to take these things for granted just because we feel its ‘no big deal’ and may consequently lose the essence or value of it.

For example, if you like structure, doing things in a sequence may not be much of a big deal to you. On the other hand, this will be a chore for someone who prefers flexibility and vice versa. That variance suggests that it is something unique about being you.

You owe yourself the expression of your authentic self.

The point is, question your attractions.

These are the things that are real to you. They govern your decisions and actions. Why you do this instead of that. Introspect.

Somewhere in the answers that you will find is who you are. Your life’s journey deserves an original expression.

Find it.

Remember Freedom is Peace, Optimism is Nature. Action is always within reach.
